Background to the Gap Youth Centre:
The Gap Youth Centre is a community organisation with a long history of delivering innovative and effective programs for the youth of Alice Springs. Our primary focus is on young Aboriginal people pursuing sporting, recreational, educational and cultural activities in a safe and welcoming environment.
About the position:
A full time permanent position is available with the Gap Youth Centre as a Case Worker on their Reconnect Program. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting young people aged 12 - 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and at risk of losing connection with their families, education, employment and the community.
