Vulnerable Groups Worker – Job Vacancy in Alice Springs
Waltja Tjutangku Palyapayi (WALTJA) has a full time permanent Vulnerable Groups Worker position available. The successful applicant will undertake emergency relief case work, data collection and remote project field trips with Aboriginal people and their families across the Central Desert region. Target groups will include but not be limited to people in emergency situations or financial crisis, young people ‘at risk’ and frail aged and disabled clients. The position aims to build the financial resilience of clients and working closely with regular clients and other services will be an important part of this position.
